The Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute, the Indiana State Department of Health, and the IU Simon Cancer Center invite you to celebrate and join a new opportunity to impact health in Indiana through partnerships and coalitions.
Four statewide initiatives, Indiana Healthy Weight Initiative, Cardiovascular and Diabetes Coalition of Indiana, Indiana Joint Asthma Coalition and Cancer Control, will come together on Thursday September 19, 9a-3p at the NCAA Hall of Champions in Indianapolis.
Coalition development expert, Dr. Fran Butterfoss, will facilitate the event and will help us ignite our work!
