Registration Costs:
*There is a $1.00 processing fee added to each payment level.
Professionals:
- InSOPHE Members: $40 (lunch and CE hours included)
- Non-InSOPHE Members: $45 (lunch included)
Students:
First 50 students are free! (Lunch and 1-year membership included)
After 50 are registered, students may choose between:
- Student Deluxe: $25 (Lunch and 1-year membership)
- Student Basic: $10 (No lunch or 1-year membership)
If your organization does not allow you to pay online or you prefer to pay by check or cash at the event, please bring a check payable to InSOPHE at the time of the event. If you do not pay prior to or at the time of the event, lunch will not be available to you.
An application has been submitted to award Certified Health Specialists (CHES) and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) up to 4.0 total Category I Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH). This is subject to change.
InSOPHE will provide NCHEC credits to members only for this event. Those non-InSOPHE members who wish to earn Category I NCHEC credits for this event may join InSOPHE prior to registering for this event and earn free Category I credits.
