Registration Costs:
InSOPHE Members: $55 (lunch and CE hours included)
Non-InSOPHE Members: $65 (lunch included)
Student Deluxe: $25 (lunch and 1 year membership included)
Student Basic: $10 (no food/beverage/membership included)

If your organization does not allow you to pay online or you prefer to pay by check or cash at the event, please bring a check payable to InSOPHE at the time of the event. If you do not pay prior to or at the time of the event, lunch will not be available to you.
An application has been submitted to award Certified Health Specialists (CHES) and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) up to 7.0 total Category I Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH). Maximum Advanced level contact hours available are 1.5. SOPHE, including its chapters, is a designated multiple event provider of CECHs by the National Commission for Health Education. This is subject to change. There is an option to earn 1.0 Category II CECH if you attend the McGovern lecture that evening.
InSOPHE will provide NCHEC credits to members only for this event. Those non-InSOPHE members who wish to earn Category I NCHEC credits for this event may join InSOPHE prior to registering for this event and earn free Category I credits.
