By-Laws/Leadership
The By-Laws/Leadership committee reviews the InSOPHE by-laws annually, prepares any recommended changes to the bylaws for the general membership review and voting on at the annual meeting. The Committee is also responsible for updating the Policies and Procedures Manual to assure cohesiveness with the current Bylaws and InSOPHE practices. In addition, the Bylaws and Leadership Committee may propose leadership strategies, identify leadership information for the newsletter, and suggest leadership modifications or development opportunities for InSOPHE's future.
